Job Description
My client is a giant Pharma/ FMCG organisation based in Sunbury and have created a new role to specifically look after one area of the business. The new position reports to the Reward Director and has 2 direct reports including an analyst. Overall the department are responsible for delivering/ supporting HR and business target by aiding the attraction, motivation and retention of employees and to reward the right results and behaviours.
Job Role:-
- Support Reward Director
Year end performance management
Implementation of online talent systems
Communication of total rewards
- Manage communication and analytics for annual cash bonus
- Implement Share Plan through commjunication etc
- collaborate with colleagues in Group Reward (share plans, International Mobility, pensions and benefits) in providing a total reward consultancy
- prepare proposals for senior approval
- Manage job evaluations and approval of band changes, and maintain up to date record of outcomes
- developing specific reward strategies, policies and practices, aligned with the needs of the business and the Group reward framework
