Reward Support Manager- Nottingham - £55k – Blue Chip
Have you had full responsibility for the maintenance of UK based reward departments?
Can you demonstrate knowledge of pay modelling, pay harmonization, annual/ adhoc pay awards?
Have you got experience of managing a team of Reward professionals?
My client is expanding their shared services offering and as such are recruiting a Reward Support Manager.
Responsibilities:-
- UK reward support infrastructure that enables pay modelling, pay harmonisation, employee portfolio reward changes, supports annual and other pay awards and informs system changes in relation to reward processes.
-Lead the Reward Support ream and constantly look to develop and maintain process’
- The Reward Support Manager will work closely with the HR Centres of Excellence and BU HR teams to plan and implement the transition of reward and benefits delivery processes into the HR Shared Service
- Build Reward Support teams knowledge
- Plan the move to a UK Shared Service offering
- Engagement of key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Re-design and re-engineer reward delivery processes aligned to the organisation and people strategies to provide consistent and transparent services which are customer centric.
- Support collective agreement negotiations with a variety of statistics and research
- Establish job evaluation panels
- Manage administration of Flexible Benefits
- Provide market benchmarking information
- Lead HR Consultant team
- Be the recognised Reward expert for the organisation and therefore aid in developing HR policies
