Compensation and Benefits Analyst – IT – Central London – £40k – £45k

Williams Kent are working with a global IT organisation with the recruitment of a Reward Analyst to join their team after a period of change. You will be working closely with the Reward Lead and provide analytics for the annual reward cycle.

This role is perfect for you if you are a strong Reward Analyst looking to jump into a new challenge in a truly global and well recognised organisation in the IT space.

Key requirements:

  • A demonstrated background in compensation and benefits with a passion to develop further in this space.
  • An excellent numeric and analytic skill set – a keen interest in working with data as well as an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and Vlookup.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and data back simply to the business.
  • A knowledge of international reward is also a bonus.
