Compensation and Reward Manager- £50,000 – £60,000 – London – Retail

Williams Kent are happy to partner with a top client in the Retail space with a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Compensation and Reward Specialist.
This role will require you to work proactively, logically and with autonomy while supporting the yearly reward cycle as well as a variety of large global projects, including workday implementation and systems rollout.

This is ideal for someone who is looking for a step up in their career who is keen to support a growing and busy organisation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Reward lead on incentive design and annual global implementation, specifically: i) work with global HR team to deliver bonus calculations and payments in line with the Global Incentive Policy; work with UK and internationally based business leaders/managers on business incentive/commission programs.
  • Develop expertise in managing global comp and ben business processes and programs. Actively participate in current projects as necessary, including participating in the implementation of the new global HRIS – Workday and systems rollout.
  • Work logically with global HR controlling projects – including personnel costs and budget forecasting.
  • Provide expertise in reward analysis in conjunction with Reward Managers and HR Analytics team.
  • The maintenance and upkeep of data following a recent global job profile project.
  • Be an integral member of the reward team on various reward projects to deliver the best in class global reward strategy.
  • Benchmarking, salary and bonus review analysis in line with the time of year.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a Reward/ Compensation and benefits environment- Ideally in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • An expert knowledge of compensation and reward and the ability to work with autonomy.
  • Strong numeric and analytic capabilities with an excellent knowledge of Excel – preferably to an advanced level with the ability to work with global data.
  • High attention to detail as well as having an engaging and proactive nature.
