*Be able to work within a team and coach others
*Strong time keeping skills
*Numerical ability and analytical outlook
*Experience in ex-pat comp and bens and taxation
*Calm under pressure
*Point of Contact with for candidates regarding opportunities and policy
*Prepare and deliver routine management reports
*Prepare cost projections where necessary
*Coordinates vendor payments and delivery of service
*Maintains the income protection reports
