Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: London & the South
We have partnered with a leading not for a profit organisation who are looking for candidates of exceptional quality to lead them through a period of change. This could be a great opportunity for both experienced HR Business Partners and HR Advisors looking for a step up in to their next role.
To travel across the South to work closely with senior and middle management to lead on the development and implementation of HR solutions.
To lead and support strategic and operational business change through effective organisational development.
To develop cohesive employee relations and assist with more complex/sensitive day to day people issues.
Supporting and coaching leaders and managers across the organisation
Strong experience and understanding of HR processes such as employee relations, absence and TUPE.
A passionate business focused HR professional
Can demonstrate experience of managing change programmes.
Excellent experience of dealing with senior stakeholders in HR and across the business
