Pay and Reward Advisor – London – Retail – £30,000 – £33,000+Benefits
Williams Kent have partnered with a fast-paced organisation in their search for a Pay and Reward Advisor. This is a payroll heavy role that will also involve providing service across Reward and Benefits and is perfect for you if you are looking for a step up to advance your career from a Senior Payroll Administrator and take more responsibility.
Your role will be to support the Head of Pay and Reward and ensure that payroll for the different brands within the organisation are processed accurately and on time as well as getting involved in exciting projects.
You will be a part of the internal shared service and be the main contact for complex pay and reward queries across the organisation.
Main responsibilities include:
* Dealing with complex queries and admin including tax guidance and gross up payments.
* Assisting with exec pay queries, associated taxes and assisting with the tax year end responsibilities.
* Participation in the checking and approval process and processing salary review and bonus payments on an annual basis.
* Personnel budget analysis.
* Assisting with the annual review of UK benefits and the design of flexible and total reward process.
* DC Pension scheme management and auto enrolment.
? Strong PAYE legislative knowledge.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Analytical and process driven.
? Excellent IT capability: including Excel vlookups and pivot tables.
? Report writing capabilities.
? A knowledge of Pensions auto enrolment is a bonus.
You should also have:
? The ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and flexibility as well as the ability to prioritise workloads.
? Good communication skills with business partners ensuring understanding by all.
? Team player.
? Payroll qualification preferable (full or part).
