A key client of Williams Kent are currently recruiting for a Reward Manager for a key client based in Central London. The role is working as part of a dynamic and engaging HR team, for a world renowned brand.
Reward Manager – £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits, London
*Support the delivery of annual reward cycle, working closely with business managers and senior HR Business Partners.
*Manage salary survey submissions, engaging with data providers through data analysis and reporting.
*Assist with management of the benefits programme, delivering reviews and renewals as required.
*Provide benchmarking and salary analysis and advice to the HR Business Partners/Recruitment team.
*Work closely with other members of the reward team on expatriate policies and relocations.
*Provide training and education to business managers and other members of the business on compensation and benefits updates and issues.
?Over 3 years HR experience ideally in a Reward and benefits role
Skills & Attributes
oProven practical experience of salary and reward reviews, benchmarking, recognition tools, LTIP’S, performance management and benefits policies/administration
oExperience working within a fast paced, matrixed environment, ideally with an international remit.
oAble to investigate issues and respond appropriately by gathering and evaluating different sources of information and by drawing on various resources.
oAble to think creatively, provide guidance, clarity and support to others to enable them to make decisions
