A key client of Williams Kent is looking for a strong Reward Specialist to join their organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client’s team.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Act as the main contact point for all EMEA Reward, including communicating reward policies to managers and other senior business leaders.
*Lead the annual reward processes, such as pay and bonus review, reviewing recommendations and advising on compensation strategy.
*Review the current benefits offering, working closely with benefits providers to improve benefits portfolio for employees.
*Support global HR colleagues, with other projects such as relocation and immigration.
*Strong excel and numerical ability, with the confidence to solve challenging issues.
*Extensive experience working in compensation and benefits within a commercial organisation. Including pay review, benefits renewals and benchmarking activities.
*Ability to run and deliver multiple projects across a number of different geographies.
*Workday knowledge would be advantageous as well as being proficient in a second European language.
