Senior EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager – Pharmaceutical – Hertfordshire – £80k – £90k+15% bonus.

Williams Kent are exclusively working with a global pharmaceutical organisation with the important hire of a SNR Comp and Bens Manager in Hertfordshire. This role will support the EMEA HR and leadership team in shaping Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility standards and practices in line with the development plans of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for owning the employee administration as well as leading the implementation of general HR processes and systems across the UK and Ireland. You will also be responsible for development, implementation and communication of compensation and benefit plan projects, while guiding local HR and regional execs on practice.

Responsibilities will include:
? Using your reward expertise to support the strategic business objectives. This will be by developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits plans, policies and practice as well as leading reward projects.
? External pay and benefits benchmarking and making recommendations on reward improvements.
? Delivery of the annual salary review as well as STIP and LTIPs.
? Maintenance of salary and job framework.

You should have:

* An extensive knowledge of Compensation and benefits alongside a strong up to date market knowledge.
* An expert knowledge of Job evaluation and grading systems.
* Excellent numerical and analytic capability with advanced excel skills.
* The ability to manage stakeholders as well as a the ability to align reward policy and practice to business
* A good knowledge of international mobility (i.e.: tax and immigration)

This role is ideal for you if you are working as a number 2 in a Reward function and looking to take a step up into a Reward Lead role as part of a global organisation.
