A large Professional Services client is seeking an innovative Senior Reward Manager with gravitas to support their business during an exciting time. They are implementing a new appraisal system (SAP) as well as a new performance related pay model and need an experienced Reward Manager to influence changes. They are a matrix organisation who operate a shared service model.
This role will be working closely with the Head of Reward and is ideal for someone who has experience leading reward strategy and would like to take a step into a larger organisation to further their career.
