Senior Reward Manager – Professional Services – Central London – £80,000 +Benefits +Flexible working.

Are you strong at managing relationships and influencing stakeholders?

Do you have an advanced knowledge of HR Systems?

Would you be excited to work in a large well known professional services organisation?

A large Professional Services client is seeking an innovative Senior Reward Manager with gravitas to support their business during an exciting time. They are implementing a new appraisal system (SAP) as well as a new performance related pay model and need an experienced Reward Manager to influence changes. They are a matrix organisation who operate a shared service model.

This role will be working closely with the Head of Reward and is ideal for someone who has experience leading reward strategy and would like to take a step into a larger organisation to further their career.

You should have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships as well as influence and manage key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategy in a partnership environment at a Reward Management level.
  • Vast in depth HR systems experience and excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to work with change and confidently under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the pay function across the business.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and change within the business.
  • Job sizing and benchmarking roles across the UK and Ireland and the Financial Services function.
  • General support of the Development of HR & Reward strategy.
