  • Immediatley available
  • At least 3 years in-house or agency recruitment experience in a busy environment
  • International recruitment experience is a necessity (VISA management)
  • Comprehensive understanding of direct talent search techniques
  • Exceptional eye for talent alongside good interpersonal skills


  • To proactively find and engage great talent throughout the business globally using creative sourcing techniques
  • To act as a brand ambassador including at career fares, university networks and events
  • Build and manage relationships at ease with relevant clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (briefing, feedback, negotiating) ensuring excellent recruitment service at all times
  • To work autonomously, confidently advising on the best recruitment processes for the businesses, accounting for industry trends and new way to uncover talent
