Williams Kent have been retained by a key client to help them find their next HR Leader. Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a hugely impactful role that will partner with the Exec team to deliver sustainable growth in profit and value on an on-going basis. Of course, a key component to achieve these plans is a focused, committed, and capable workforce

The role leads the HR function across the company and is accountable for all HR matters in the company, ensuring that HR policies are designed, maintained, understood, and applied in accordance with the expectations of the CEO, Executive Leadership team and the Board.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose the people implications of the business plans
* Design and maintain an HR function structure to ensure effective delivery of an HR service
* Design organization and workforce plans with business partners
* Define, agree, and maintain a suite of HR KPI’s to meet business needs
* Implement effective ways of working to enable the identification, motivated and capable people to fill key positions and ensure on-boarding and induction programmes are applied to enable effective integration into the business.
* Manage the recruitment process for key positions
* Agree and implement targeted development programmes to enable employees to take on broader/ higher levels of responsibility which also provide clear ROI’s
* Implement and maintain performance management programmes across the company
* Create a talent pipeline process to provide the capability needed to grow the business
* Define and maintain a catalogue of job roles to ensure consistency of definitions and standards across the company.
* Manage the Company Reward programmes (for example, pay reviews, incentive plans)
* Define, agree, and maintain Country and global Mobility and Relocation Policies
* Design, implement and maintain employee engagement and retention programmes and measures
* Design and implement change management processes in agreement with Executive leaders to ensure consistency and excellent execution. Facilitate “future state” organisation culture, design, and performance.
* Ensure a full suite of HR policies and processes are defined, communicated, and maintained to ensure due compliance and standardization.
* Manage employee relations matters to conclusion as required
* Provide robust advice and coaching to leaders and HR team members
* Diagnose organisational improvement opportunities and present options/ solutions

Person Specification

Experience
15 years + in an HR business partnership position, including responsibility for the leadership of the HR function in a B2B, multinational, complex organisation.
A core member of a successful, multi-national business leadership team.
Demonstrable experience of delivering on all responsibilities as defined above.
