Benefits Analyst – Cambridgeshire – £35,000 – £45,000 +Excellent remuneration

A key client of Williams Kent, who are recognised as a leader in their field, are looking for a Benefits Analyst to work within the Reward team as a right hand to the Head of Reward and provide expertise across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be supporting with the development and implementation of regionally specific benefit programs in a growing and progressive organisation. You will act as an expert and key figure on Employee Benefits to look after analysis, administration, communication and event coordination across the EMEA countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Benefit administration/reporting analysis across EMEA countries.
  • Assist in Benefit renewals and launches across EMEA
  • Support EMEA benefit benchmarking
  • Flexible benefits platform: Working with payroll and providers to ensure accuracy.
  • Vendor manager for third party wellness and retirement service providers.
  • Own, review & improve benefit processes.
  • Lead event coordination, including annual benefits and wellbeing day in UK and other countries.
  • Assist in the review of benefit legislation across multiple countries to ensure compliance.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement and improve processes.
  • Become the core point of contact for benefit related queries
  • Assist in ad hoc HR and benefits projects as and when required by the Compensation and benefits manager.

You should have:

  • Strong analytic and numeric capabilities, including Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate benefits
  • Experience in benefit scheme administration and vendor management.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to review, recommend and implement process improvements as necessary
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, internationally (<5%)
