Benefits Consultant – West London – £55k

Are you an experienced Benefits Consultant, who likes a challenge? We have a great opportunity for a benefits professional to join a leading organisation, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the benefits program is smooth running, as well as supporting projects such as the selection and implementation of a new platform for the flexible benefits provider.

You’ll also be:

  • Driving employee engagement with benefits for all employees across the group,
  • Implementing a new benefits platform
  • Utilising your benefits experience to offer expert advice
  • Project managing and delivering the annual renewal for the benefits scheme
  • Manage the relationships with 3rd parties, providers and SLA’s

You should have:

  • Experience of working in a benefits or reward department
  • International benefits experience
  • A record of implementing a benefits platform move between 2 suppliers
  • Experience of Flexible benefits design and communication
  • Proficient knowledge of excel, including V looks up, data manipulation, problem solving, etc and PowerPoint
  • Resilience, flexible, energy to fit into a challenging and changing environment
