Global Benefits Manager – Reading – Technology – C. £60,000

Due to an internal promotion, Williams Kent has partnered with an innovative leading organisation with the recruitment of a Global Benefits Manager to join the team.

This is an important role in an organisation that believes the wellbeing and the development of staff are key. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Director with the development of global benefits strategy and governance, as well as implementing and managing the global benefits monitoring tools, broker and programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous history working in a complex and global organisation. Additionally, experience with M&A work would be a bonus.
  • A demonstrated history implementing and managing international benefits programs
  • Experience managing third party broker relationships
  • A strong cultural awareness and flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Excellent research, analytic, and project management skills as well as the ability to negotiate, build relationships and manage vendor relations.

Please note:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • This is an office- based, permanent role with working from home options.
