Title: EMEA Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Location: London or Amsterdam

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

Are you a self-driven, analytical individual who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to make your mark in an industry leading company?

Our client, a multinational company, is looking for a EMEA Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join the global compensation and benefits team in either their London office or their Amsterdam office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interpreting compensation and benefits policies and advising key stakeholders
  • Administering compensation and benefit programs and providing information guidance to HR staff and managers
  • Analysing compensation-related data, interpreting results and making appropriate recommendations based upon data findings
  • Customising and/or designing compensation and benefits programs to meet business needs
  • Identifying process improvement activities relative to existing compensation and benefits programs
  • Resolving data integrity issues and recommending solutions in a creative and logical manner
  • Participating in job levelling and grading of jobs using established processes

Key skills required:

  • Educated to a degree level with hands-on experience from a similar role in a fast-paced organisation
  • Numerical and detail oriented, with a good understanding of compensation and benefits from an EMEA perspective
  • Fully proficient with the Microsoft office package, excel in particular
  • Previous experience with Workday desirable but not essential
