About the role
We are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to join a newly created people Operations team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract for a leave cover, with a primary focus on UK benefits.
You’ll help design and operate our employee benefits programs for the company. You’ll partner across various HR, People Strategy and Finance teams to develop solutions and implement programs to enhance employee experience and support the overall business strategy.
