Employee Relations Advisor

Hertfordshire – £40,000-£45,000

We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to become part of a strong HR team at an international organisation. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking, innovative individual to provide specialist ER expertise and deliver ER activities across the wider organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist ER advice and guidance to employees and HR colleagues
  • Gathering, analysing and presenting data sets to support complex ER cases
  • Build relationships and engage with internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and its application to business

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Degree qualified and CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Generalist HR Experience (Specialising in Employee Relations)
  • Experience in working in a multi-functional team
  • Planning and Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
