Our client, a recognisable brand, is looking for an ER Manager to manage a team and the complex tribunal cases for the UK.


What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of complex ER cases.
  • Coach, support and partner with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to ER.
  • Manage and support a team of ER advisors.


We are looking for:

  • Experience in dealing with complex, sensitive ER cases.
  • Operated at both strategic and operational levels with the desire to be involved in project work
  • Experience in managing an ER team is necessary.


For you:

  • Bedfordshire location which is located within easy reach of a train station.
  • Salary is negotiable dependent on experience
  • The opportunity to be involved in the transformation of the HR function
