Executive Compensation Analyst – London

Williams Kent are working with a leading, well known consultancy firm in the recruitment of an Analyst for the Executive Compensation team.

This is for a collaborative, and hard working team in a progressive environment where you’ll be given the platform to develop professionally too. You will have full exposure to large and small clients right away, where you’ll be working on assignments, including a range of report drafting and data analytics.

Responsibilities may include:

• Developing pay philosophy, salary structure design, pay ranges and pay-for-performance analysis.
• Market benchmarking on a number of pay elements including base pay, executive benefits, short and long-term incentive plans and total reward.
• Executive pay reviews.
• Working with clients to understand and qualify their executive compensation strategy using data analytics, regulatory research and financial trends.

Role Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role and an interest in Reward or Exec Comp, from either an in-house or consulting environment.
• An analytic and numeric mind; the ability to work with large sets of data confidently.
• Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote overall business success
• Excellent computer knowledge, including Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP’s, Formulas.)
