Job Title: Head of HR
Location: West London
Salary: £50k

Our client, an international hospitality organisation, is looking for a Head of HR to work in a 5* hotel in West London.


Key responsibilities;

  • Managing ER cases within a high profile business
  • Responsible for supporting and coaching the HR team and ensuring their skills are developing
  • You will have a commercial understanding and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the business is supported from a people perspective
  • You will be responsible for delivering training throughout the business


Key skills required;

  • Experience within hospitality or retail is essential at this stage
  • Strong relationship building skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role
  • Have the ability to think commercially when applying HR practices and processes
  • You will be a high performing HR professional with a desire to excel and progress in your career
