Our client, an international investment bank, are looking for a tech-savvy HR Analyst to join their team during a period of transformation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Work collaboratively with HR and the wider business to create and present relevant data reports
  • Be the “go-to” person for all things system related
  • Ensuring that the business/HR are utilising the system and all available technical resources to the full capacity
  • You will be the most technical capable person on the team so some ad-hoc duties may be required.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Experienced in analysing and interpreting people data
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • A strong understanding of identifying trends within data sets
  • Experience with implementing systems will be highly regarded
