Provides strategic support for all aspects of human resource management for multiple functions across EMEA and operational HR delivery for HQ based employees.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as first point of contact for function leaders providing strategic support of all aspects of human resource management for multiple functions across EMEA.
Develops a function specific strategy for establishing Human Resources policies and practices that meet the functions requirements and ensure integration with organisational strategies.
Leads the process of implementing international human resources programs and policies relevant for their functions in conjunction with the HR centres of excellence and aligned to functional needs.
Plans, directs and implements the HR function for the EMEA region working in close collaboration with the Core HR Strategy team. Participates in developing international goals, objectives and HR systems and practices.
Provides first line support for assigned business areas to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR operational needs with appropriate prioritisation.
Provides coaching and support across the HR organisation.
Keeps self and others abreast of best practices and uses these, where relevant, to continuously improve our people & organisational practices
