Job Title: Global Human Resources Director – 12m FTC
Location: Central London
Salary: c. £90k + £10k completion bonus

Our client, an international hospitality company, are looking for a Global HRD to join their team on a 1 year FTC.

Key responsibilities;

  • You will be reporting into the CHRO and supporting them with the generalist, day to day operations of the HR function.
  • Lead on HR strategy for the global business; you will have a commercial understanding and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the business is supported from a people perspective.
  • You will be responsible for managing the L&D team and will lead of learning projects,

Key skills required;

  • Experience within hospitality or retail is essential at this stage
  • Strong relationship building skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Director role.
  • Have the ability to think commercially when applying HR practices and processes

The right candidate will be available to start immediately, or at the beginning of January at the very latest.
