HR Manager

Central London – £40,000-£45,000

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to provide expert support and advice at a Retail organisation in Central London. This is a great opportunity for a real generalist with expertise in multiple HR disciplines, to join the organisation and play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function.

You will be responsible for:

  • All day-to-day HR related activities
  • Management of employee relations case work – support operations team
  • Recruitment – Employee Onboarding and Talent Management
  • Performance Management – effectively manage performance management and development system
  • Reward/Benefits management and administration
  • L&D – Training and Employee E-Learning platforms
  • Development of company policies

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager- strong knowledge and understanding of all HR disciplines
  • Retail/Hospitality industry experience required (Ideally 3 years)
  • Knowledge of HRIS
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Database Management
