The Company
I am looking for the ideal candidate to fill this HR Manager opportunity. This role is a part time maternity cover contract that will last 12 months.
Location – Central London
Salary – Max £50k Pro Rats (0.5/0.6)
The Role
You will join a small international HR function. This position requires someone who considers themselves a HR Generalist but with vast knowledge in legal, comms and policy. The main responsibilities can be seen below.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic person and communication skills, they will need to be confident and be able to use their own initiative. It would also be great if you had the following experience.
At least 3 years’ experience as human resources generalist, with demonstrable experience in resourcing talent and recruitment, performance and reward management and managing employment relations.
