International Reward Manager


This role, within a global scale business will allow the candidate to enjoy autonomy and flexibility within the role and give the ability for the candidate to take the next step in their career. This role is a 70/30, compensation/reward split. 


Role Responsibilities :


The Global Reward manager supports the international business chain by managing the function of reward and compensation / benefits, whilst also ensuring internal and external competitiveness. The position will work closely with a spectrum of departments in order to provide guidance on different offers, compensation plans and more.


Key responsibilities :


  • Provide advice to management regarding reward and compensation best practices, trends within the market etc
  • Serve as a consultant to HR Partners and the business in each country, with regards to development and administration of compensation programs
  • Lead the annual senior leadership bonus process, as well as reward and compensation review process for the International business
  • Lead market studies, such as overseeing participation in global compensation surveys
  • Research key economic drivers influencing reward and compensation decision making, relating this research to market range salary increase plans
  • Partner with the Senior Director Global Compensation and SVP to align on a company-wide compensation and benefits philosophy


Experience / Skills Required :


  • Must possess significant, progressive experience in global reward and compensation in both private and public companies
  • Must have strong, hands-on global functional experience and a firm knowledge base regarding all aspects of compensation
  • Proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in the strictest confidence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritise multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
