Reward Advisor- Stevenage – Permanent – £45,000

A client in Hertfordshire has called in their need for a reward specialist on a permanent basis.This is a great role with exposure to a variety of reward focused activities from conception right through to completion. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward and become a part of the wider international Reward team with the delivery of UK Compensation and Benefits activities.

Responsibilities will be on an ad hoc basis, but will include:

  • Delivering Reward activities across the UK business, including pay review, bonus payments and employee benefits.
  • Acting as project lead for reward topics , inc, salary survey submissions, the introduction of new benefits, benchmarking.
  • Managing monthly and cyclical reward activities i.e. graduate pay reviews, payroll reconciliation, pension auto enrolment assessment.

To apply, you should have:

  • Relevant and similar experience in a reward role within a HR team.
  • An analytic and numeric skill set- the ability to analyse information and present findings.
  • An advanced knowledge of excel – Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.
  • CIPD or Degree qualification or the equivalent.

Ideally:

  • SAP experience or the equivalent.
