Title: Reward Analyst

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £32 – £42k

Our client, a UK focused sales organisation, is looking for a strong Reward Analyst to join their team in Bedfordshire.

The HR team is going through an exciting transitional period as the company expands, so it will be a great opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be reporting into the Head of Reward and will see you working together in a variety of HR projects, to reinforce key aspects of the Reward Strategy across a diverse organisation.

Key responsibilities:


  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Reward and Benefits policies and job leveling/grading framework.
  • Completing regular benchmarking and salary surveys, as well as supporting the delivery of staff engagement surveys for third parties.
  • Supporting management of the annual benefit renewal cycle, the gender gap structure and the action planning cycle.
  • Analysing key governance reward activities, such as equal pay audits, and monitoring key performance management metrics.


Key skills required:


  • A demonstrated background in HR with a strong reward and benefits background or experience in a HR analytical role.
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting employee data information and producing reports for a wide audience, as well as commercially effective Reward and Performance Management frameworks.
  • Experience in developing or maintaining a job leveling/grading framework.
  • Experience of Willis Towers Watson global grading system is desirable but not essential.
  • Involvement in the delivery of staff engagement surveys, such as Best Companies or Great Place to Work.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • A team player who is responsive and prepared to use their initiative in a fast-paced, changing environment.
