Reward Analyst -Reading – £40,000 – £45,000

It is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to accelerate their career in a global reward role that offers plenty of personal training and development.

You will be working with the Reward VP, wider reward team and People Business Partners to provide expert analytical support to the reward function that will attract, motivate and retain talent.

Key responsibilities:

  • External Pay Surveys – Undertaking a detailed analysis of the external market and building models to automate the process as well as making recommendations to senior staff.
  • Pay review – building pay models and analytics, including pay budget planning and matrices, bonus models.
  • Conducting analysis for internal pay data – including base and variable pay, LTIPs.
  • Lead on diversity and inclusion agenda – including gender pay and equal pay audits.
  • Compensation planning tools

You should have:

  • Previous experience in a reward team, ideally with experience in a global role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to present findings back to senior staff and build strong and efficient relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Analytic ability – including working with large and incomplete data sets, and basic statistics.
  • Advanced ability with Excel – including building models.
