Home based role / optional office in London
Salary Circa £55K + £3,500 Car

We’ve partnered with a well-known and beloved charity organisation with the recruitment of their next Reward and Recognition Manager. This is an important role, where you’ll be working closely with the Head of People Strategy, as the face of Reward and Recognition in an org with a complex environment.

This is a broad role, responsible for: the effective deployment of reward and recognition, the development, implementation and management of a range of reward programs, pre-existing and new, to deliver an annual reward calendar of events, supporting the move to a/a number of new job evaluation system, and manage key pensions partnerships, accounts and governance.

Responsibilities include:

  • The management of the pension schemes and the external relationships with the providers
  • The management of the Life Assurance Scheme and the management of the Income Protection Scheme for NHS TUPED employees
  • Delivery of the Annual salary survey submission
  • Delivery of the Annual Gender Pay Gap and other Pay Gap reporting.
  • Management of the MCJES Job evaluation scheme and support of any potential move to a new job evaluation scheme.
  • Lead on the Annual Salary Review and all other pay reviews and equal pay audits; planning, benchmarking, costing, implementing and moderating.
  • Overall responsibility for staff benefits portal
  • Development and delivery of a financial wellbeing programme
  • Sourcing and introduction of new benefit and recognition platforms

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of successful employee Reward programmes across diverse workforces
  • Trained in the use of job evaluation tools such as Hay.
  • Running an annual salary review programme for a large and complex organisation
  • Experience of setting up and managing benefits portals
  • Experience of managing pension schemes- including account management, pension advisors, returns and understanding effective pensions administration
  • Working within a project team on large and complex pieces of work
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a matrix managed project
  • Experience of being a part of or running a strategic reward review
