Reward Specialist – Consultancy – £33k – £43k DOE – Central London

Looking to continue or build a career in reward?

Williams Kent have partnered with a well known consultancy firm with the search for a Reward Associate following a relocation. This is a great role for someone who is from an in house or consultancy reward background who is interested in a project focused broad role.

You’ll be attending client meetings from day 1 and getting involved with proposal meetings, as well as running and overseeing analysis.

Projects will include:

  • Job Grading
  • Job Evaluation
  • Incentive / Bonus plan design
  • Reward strategy
  • technology / talent software portals
  • salary structuring
  • + Ad hoc reward related projects
  • Secondments (supporting internal reward practices)

Ideally, you should have:

  • 1 -3 years in an in house or consultancy role within a reward function or a strong interest in reward,
  • Degree qualification, or the equivalent,
  • A strong ability with data and analytics – strong understanding of numbers and org structures,
  • The ability to work flexibly and juggle multiple projects,
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Self starting attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
