Reward Specialist – 45 k – £47k + 7,500 Bonus +Southampton
A Small, growing and family run business has been through a period of transformation and is looking for their first reward person to drive the hr and reward function in line with the business objectives.
This is a new role reporting into the HR Director. Your main responsibility will be to work as a reward specialist for the business and utilise your reward knowledge to establish what the compensation and benefits offering needs to look like and implement reward strategy for the business.
This role could be great for you if you are keen to influence change and embed reward and benefits strategy.
Potential projects also include harmonising the reward, benefits and payroll offering across two businesses following an acquisition.
