Our client, a healthcare organisation, is looking for a Rewards and Benefits Manager to join their team in the Hampshire area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of a collaborative HR support team where you will work closely with our Head of Reward Systems and HR Leadership team, ensuring that key reward and benefit milestones are delivered successfully, whilst delivering enhancements and proactively thinking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with key stakeholders and using technical expertise to support the successful delivery of reward projects and initiatives.
  • Support the development and delivery of a Reward Strategy that enables them to deliver the business strategy.
  • Manage the current job evaluation and pay benchmarking process.

Key skills required:

  • Hands on experience leading the year end process, including salary survey benchmarking and analysis, and pay and bonus modelling.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislations linked to reward.
  • Experience of managing and supporting the development of reward benefits including pension schemes.
