The role overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to use their pay and benefits expertise to consult and support a variety of clients in the tax space.
Your role will involve advising on the design of short and long-term incentive programmes. This will include advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Right away, you’ll be working with a number of FTSE 100 orgs, major international and domestic corporates, as well as smaller high growth unlisted businesses across all sectors.
The role as Senior Manager will be working on client engagements and bespoke projects advising on equity, cash and other employee incentive structures. You will have supervisory responsibilities and have close client contact.
You will also be responsible for financials, keeping people updated and will need to be organised, proactive and bring energy and enthusiasm. Accounting knowledge of incentive arrangements is helpful, but not essential.
Typical client teams have 3-5 individuals, and in most cases the Senior Manager is reporting directly to the lead Partner or Director. Most of the work is for main boards, finance and HR functions, and other senior stakeholders. As the Senior Manager, you will have exposure to senior individuals. An eye for detail, technical accuracy and quality is crucial.
