Role – HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Lead)
Location – Birmingham or London or Bristol (travel will be required when allowed)
Salary – £45,000 – £62,000 (dependent on experience and location)
Industry – Professional Services, industry experience is required. (Financial services or Partnership experience will be highly regarded)

Skills required:

  • Experience in managing a team – this person will be leading a team of 4.
  • Employee Relations experience – the team are responsible for all ER issues throughout the organisation.
  • TUPE experience is essential.
  • Wellbeing and Employee engagement project experience.
  • This person will take the lead on policy review and development.
  • If you have experience with taking the lead on immigration activities within an organisation this would be very beneficial.
