Senior People Analyst – Technology Sector – £75,000-£85,000 + benefits – London/Hybrid working

 

This is a busy role, within a scale-up company experiencing hyper-growth with significant goals for the future. Within this role you will be expected to be literate with analytical technology such as SQL and ML. This is an exciting opportunity to excel within your career, whilst also creating important growth within a quickly developing company.

 

Key Responsibilities : 

 

  • Collaborate with business intelligence, talent and peoples teams to ensure that data is a core part of decision making across the company. 
  • Develop analytics which offer predictive insights to benefit future company decision making.
  • Experiment with new technologies in order to harness data.
  • Take an organised and structured approach with an eye always on delivering value for users.

 

What’s needed from you to be successful?

 

  • A passion for people analytics and an interest in how it can impact a business.
  • Proven experience working in the field of Data and Analytics having developed and lead analytics based interventions that have driven business performance
  • Experience connecting multiple data sets to one central data warehouse and working
  • with complex structured data
