I am looking for the ideal candidate to fill this Senior Reward Analyst opportunity. This role is working for a well-known media company. This is a full-time permanent role.
Location – Dunfermline/Livingstone
Salary – £55k
The Role
Work on providing support for UK compensation related activities. Including
benchmarking, sizing roles, Salary Review; including budget process, pay and total
compensation analysis across all areas of the business
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have fantastic person and communication skills, they will need to be confident and be able to use their own initiative. It would also be great if you had the following experience.
