Senior Reward Analyst – Permanent – West London- £45k – £55k (DOE) (Flexible working options available + Benefits)

A household name has an opening for a Senior Analyst to join them in their collaborative reward team.

Essentially, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of reward plans and policies across the UK&IRE. Analytic duties will include supporting all things Comp. as well as broader reward activities – including benchmarking, grading, annual Salary Review, pay and total reward analysis.

Role requirements:

  • A passion for Reward and a demonstrated experience in a Reward team working with a range of compensation activities.
  • In depth advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and ideally WTW experience.
  • Desire to grow and progress.
  • Ability to work with large sets of challenging data sources.
  • Resilience, flexibility and energy to be effective in a fast paced and challenging environment which is going through significant organisational and cultural change
  • CIPD qualification, or the equivalent qualification/ experience.
  • An understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting, other reporting, population data management and data uploads etc.
  • Experience working with external providers would be advantageous.
