Senior Reward Analyst – Permanent – West London- £45k – £55k (DOE) (Flexible working options available + Benefits)
A household name has an opening for a Senior Analyst to join them in their collaborative reward team.
Essentially, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of reward plans and policies across the UK&IRE. Analytic duties will include supporting all things Comp. as well as broader reward activities – including benchmarking, grading, annual Salary Review, pay and total reward analysis.
