Senior Reward Manager
West London
Part time role / 4 days a week
Permanent role with hybrid working
£80,000 (FTE) + car + Bonus

Your main focus will be to work closely with the Head of Reward to develop and deliver new UK reward strategy, with a key focus on org values and engagement, using a flexible and dynamic approach.

You’ll be:

  • Designing and developing UK&I reward strategy,
  • Aligning to the Technology, Product and Content functions of the business, acting as a trusted and visible Reward Business Partner liaising with the relevant Business HR colleagues at all levels,
  • Develop strong, supportive and influential relationships with all key internal stakeholders,
  • Lead and deliver complex and highly visible projects – from conception, to analysis, through effective collaboration and communications, to full implementation and review,
  • Continually improve reward practices, building on best practice and maintaining Reward as a centre of expertise.

What you’ll bring:

  • A demonstrated experience of delivering reward strategies in a complex and multi-site environment,
  • Experience of building successful relationships and influencing at a senior management level,
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills,
  • The ability to interpret and present data,
  • Resilience, flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast paced and challenging environment and a strong team player.
