Senior Reward Partner

 

Hybrid / City 

 

Key Role Responsibilities : 

 

  • Supporting critical developmental elements of the compensation approach within the people function.
  • Ensuring that leaders are well informed in order to answer questions about compensation and benefits.
  • Predominantly focusing on supporting teams in the UK, as well as around the world whilst scaling into 50+ international markets.
  • Collaborating with leaders to satisfy their compensation and benefits needs, as well as navigate the pay benchmarking and review process.
  • Manage a range of compensation and benefits projects from start to finish.
  • Generate more value for users by continually improving compensation and benefits packages.

 

Experience Required : 

 

  • Proven experience working in compensation and benefits, having developed and led interventions that have delivered business results.
  • Experience managing roll out of benefits across multiple countries.
  • A strong understanding in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience in work.
  • Knowledge of reward systems, reporting and database management.
