Talent Acquisition Resourcer

London/Reading – Up to £26k, Hybrid working

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter/Resourcer to join the TA team at a Design/Engineering organisation, at either their Reading or London office. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 or 2 years recruitment experience, looking to develop their experience internally and become part of a great organisation.

This role will see you creatively source candidates for a number of existing vacancies. This may include online mapping, online database searches and managing candidate pipelines.

Working alongside the TA Specialists, you will:-

  • Creatively source candidates for hard to fill opportunities
  • Select and screen candidates across multiple vacancies
  • Evaluate and select candidates to progress through the recruitment process
  • Develop and manage candidate pipelines

Key to your success will be your desire to develop creative candidate sourcing strategies. You will be passionate about sourcing candidates and developing ongoing candidate relationships, with the candidate experience at the fore front of your mind.

About you:

  • 1 – 2 years recruitment experience – either in-house or agency
  • Degree qualified
  • Innovative personality with a willingness to learn
