Talent Acquisition Specialist



Role responsibilities:

Predominately sourcing for digital and analytics vacancies, proactively searching and identifying suitable passive and active candidates for key hires, advocate employer branding, and building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hires.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist providing suitable candidates
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Recommendations on which sourcing technology to use to assist in identifying potential candidates
  • Build, develop and nurture relationships with candidates
  • Creating and maintaining diverse talent pools and pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Conducting research and market mapping to support the identification of potential candidates
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team and hiring managers to ensure preparedness during the interview process
  • Partner and close collaboration with the wider HR functions
  • Networking across the EMEA markets to build relationships with top talent candidates

Experience Required

  • Digital recruitment experience (previous experience recruiting across product, data, analytics etc)
  • In-house or agency experience
