We&rsquo;re hiring a Senior reward professional to join a fast growing, tech-based organisation, with a diverse workforce.
This role would suit a reward expert with broad reward scope, who is familiar with working with senior leaders and Remuneration Committees.
You will focus on driving and developing end to end reward strategy, from the day-to-day Reward operations through to equity programs to Exec compensation.
You&rsquo;ll be leading the reward team, working closely with the Chief People Officer, and with colleagues in the People, Legal and Finance functions, as well as the Exec and the Board (in particular, the Remuneration Committee). The role will be an integral part of the People Leadership team and will be heavily involved in cross-functional workstreams and programs ranging from talent strategy to employee engagement and the development of our employee value proposition.

We&rsquo;re beginning a search for a leading, UK based organisation who are hiring a Compensation Lead to join their team for a 12 month contract. 
Alongside the wider Compensation team, you&rsquo;ll lead the transformation and delivery of the compensation strategy and proposition to be a powerful strategic lever for the business, providing thought leadership and deep expertise.
This role is key to lead the shaping and direction of the compensation proposition within the overall Reward strategy and broader People strategy and contribute to the creation of the People plan.
You&rsquo;ll be working to identify strategic opportunities presented within People strategy to inform proposition direction. You&rsquo;ll also use expertise to influence and align senior stakeholders within the function and across the business to build understanding, support and commitment to change. A key element of the role would be to Reward Business Partner an area of the business, acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships and managing key stakeholders.

We&rsquo;re looking for Reward Analyst to join a busy team, initially on a 12 Month FTC.
This is a really broad role, where you&rsquo;ll be working with an established and experiences reward team to deliver key BAU processes and activities such as annual pay reviews across different pay frameworks, pay planning and pay structure maintenance, remuneration committee paper development, strategic pay audits and pay gap reporting. The role also assists Benefits Management and Recognition processes requiring liaison directly with our external providers as well as market comparison, research and data analysis related to internal frameworks.
A critical part of the role is the management and manipulation of large data sets (normally in MS Excel) that enable various Reward processes and activities to be undertaken.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Conduct remuneration benchmarking and provision of in-depth analysis of external market data, drawing comparisons with internal base pay and total remuneration.</li>
<li>Benchmark, research and investigate through pay surveys and participation in external Reward forums, analysing and evaluating internal and external information.</li>
<li>Support the development of pay structures through the analysis of external market data to recommend pay range values and structure design.</li>
