The role
- Responsible for managing compensation, benefits and wellbeing from both a strategic and hands on perspective.
- Working closely with the HRBPs to ensure the reward plans are fit for purpose in order to attract and retain.
- Lead on wellbeing programmes.
- Some RemCo work.
Your experience
- Experience in a total reward role.
- Ideally experience in a financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
