Reward Specialist Our client is a prestigious high-performance organisation operating in a competitive industry. The Role As Lead Reward Partner, you'll be joining a growing People team to establish and develop their dedicated Reward function. This is a solo specialist role where you'll have the opportunity to make your mark on the organisation while addressing retention challenges in a highly competitive industry. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to develop innovative reward strategies within cost constraints, requiring both creativity and commercial awareness. Workday Specialist – Advanced Compensation Fixed Term Contract – Initially 4 months London, Hybrid working Salary: £80,000 - £90,000   We’re currently hiring for a Workday Specialist who can bring their expertise to a well-established organisation after implementing workday on a global scale. You’ll be managing key aspects of the Global Compensation & Benefits agenda, such as theWorkday compensation and advanced compensation modules including the globalannual salary review process. Working closely with the Director Global Compensation & Benefits in a role that is both operational and strategic, you’ll also be involved in a number of other wider compensation tasks and projects. Role Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary Lead on the annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, organising and aligning with the various HR colleagues globally regarding timelines and instructions and guidance materials. Work with other group functions (e.g. MRPA) on all necessary reward reporting requirements. Assist and support the Director in developing the broader global compensation and benefits agenda and projects that regularly come up. Be the expert on all global compensation and benefits related policies, processes, and a first port of call for Local HR teams on these processes. Act as the go to person on salary benchmarking, conduct as necessary multi location benchmarking projects.   What we are looking for: Skills/knowledge:          Used to producing insightful data and analytics, that can be used as part of a decision-making process          Excellent communication skills, with experience of writing guidance for HR teams and employees          Critical thinking and an analytical mindset are paramount, with the ability to suggest new ways of doing things         Fluency in an additional European Language would be a bonus although not essential Experience:          Experience in Workday compensation module and advanced compensation module.          Experience with running salary review in workday and benchmarking.          Solid experience in a compensation role with an understanding of key compensation areas such as incentives          Experience working across multiple territories is a plus     a   If you're a Workday Specialist that is looking for your next challenge, and keen to make an impact in a small team with a busy agenda, please apply with an up-to-date CV and we’ll be in touch. **Flexibility - There is a 2 day a week hybrid policy in place ("core hours" are 11-3), although we are open to considering candidates looking for a 4-day week.
