I was surprised and positively delighted with how quickly Kevin presented candidates for all four roles I had briefed him on – and importantly, the quality was outstanding. He gave me
a variety of talent in terms of levels, styles and strengths but all were a good use of my time
to interview. I had shortlists within 2-3 weeks of instructions and was at offer stage within a

We needed to recruit for a HR Reward & MI Manager on a 3 month fixed term contract. I don’t usually work with exclusive agency remits – all eggs in one basket etc, but I think I am now converted! The benefits I saw were that you knew that we would be dealing only with yourself and as such all effort generated was towards a common goal, this felt much more like a partnership arrangement rather than the ’normal’ agency ‘ relationship’ that I have worked with previously and I much preferred it. I returned to the UK in February 2016 after living for five years in Switzerland and Matt was put in touch with me by an ex-colleague during my search for a new senior-level role.
At this time, Matt was searching for a Reward Director. During our initial conversations, he took the time to ensure that I fully understood the role, the culture of the organization and the hiring manager. He also took the time to get to know me personally and build a rapport to understand what engages and interests me to ensure that I would be a good cultural fit for the organization.
