Workday Specialist – Advanced Compensation Fixed Term Contract – Initially 4 months London, Hybrid working Salary: £80,000 - £90,000   We’re currently hiring for a Workday Specialist who can bring their expertise to a well-established organisation after implementing workday on a global scale. You’ll be managing key aspects of the Global Compensation & Benefits agenda, such as theWorkday compensation and advanced compensation modules including the globalannual salary review process. Working closely with the Director Global Compensation & Benefits in a role that is both operational and strategic, you’ll also be involved in a number of other wider compensation tasks and projects. Role Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary Lead on the annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, organising and aligning with the various HR colleagues globally regarding timelines and instructions and guidance materials. Work with other group functions (e.g. MRPA) on all necessary reward reporting requirements. Assist and support the Director in developing the broader global compensation and benefits agenda and projects that regularly come up. Be the expert on all global compensation and benefits related policies, processes, and a first port of call for Local HR teams on these processes. This role is crucial to help ensure that compensation and benefit programmes are effectively administered and aligned with both company goals and industry standards. You'll also be supporting key compensation and benefit processes like pay review and bonus, grading and salary benchmarking. Global Reward Manager

We are currently working with a global client in the publishing space who are hiring a Reward Manager to join their small reward team.   This is a strategic, number 2 role in a small team of 4, working closely with the Director of Reward who is based in London. This one would be ideal for someone with a broad reward background, and experience with Workday (familiar with the workday compensation module).   We’re open to considering candidates at different levels for this role – It could suit a senior Analyst looking to make a step up, or someone with strong reward management experience who is looking for a new challenge in a growing org and make an impact.   Role details: Global Compensation and Benefits Manager Publishing industry Permanent, London based – Hybrid working model Salary: C. £70K - £75K Role Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary Lead on the annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, organising and aligning with the various HR colleagues globally regarding timelines and instructions and guidance materials. Interim VP Reward  £800 - £1,300 a day  London - Hybrid working We’re hiring a Senior reward professional to join a fast growing, tech-based organisation, with a diverse workforce. This role would suit a reward expert with broad reward scope, who is familiar with working with senior leaders and Remuneration Committees. You will focus on driving and developing end to end reward strategy, from the day-to-day Reward operations through to equity programs to Exec compensation. You’ll be leading the reward team, working closely with the Chief People Officer, and with colleagues in the People, Legal and Finance functions, as well as the Exec and the Board (in particular, the Remuneration Committee). The role will be an integral part of the People Leadership team and will be heavily involved in cross-functional workstreams and programs ranging from talent strategy to employee engagement and the development of our employee value proposition. What you’ll be doing: Strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive global rewards and benefits strategy that supports the company's business, people and finance objectives.  Reward operations - Lead the day-to-day operations of the Reward team, including compensation benchmarking, equity administration, management of the design and execution of incentive programs, such as bonuses and equity programs, technology and data providers, including partnering with the systems team on compensation administration tooling. Executive compensation - in partnership with the Remuneration Committee, set and manage the Executive compensation and incentive plans. Board and reporting - Ownership of Remuneration Committee meetings and materials, including executive compensation, governance reporting (such as the Directors' Remuneration Report). Benefits - Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs, including the benefits strategy, including health, retirement, wellness, and other fringe benefits. Performance - Lead and own the execution and development of annual performance and compensation review cycles, including development of budgets, processes, and communication materials. Pay equity and compliance - Conduct audits, including Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting and monitoring, Equal pay, Minimum wage, importing understanding of relevant and upcoming legislation and regulatory environment shifts that would influence reward. Budgeting - Collaborating across People and Finance to budget and forecast reward and recognition costs, ensuring accuracy of staffing budget records related to Finance, Exec and Remuneration Committee decisions.   Required experience: A successful track record in a lead reward role for a large-scale UK public company Extensive experience with Board/Remuneration Committee preparation and involvement, and partnership with senior executives. Track record in large-scale, group-wide Reward - Proven track record in developing and executing group-wide rewards strategy and programs. Experience managing executive compensation - Experience and fluency in the management of executive compensation programs. Deep experience in equity programs - Strong experience and fluency managing and shaping equity reward programs (both Exec and broader-based). Extensive experience in benefits - Strong background in overseeing the design and management of broad-based employee benefits programs across multiple countries, including health, retirement, wellness, etc, for a highly diverse employee base. A high degree of executive and influence skills, and a self-assuredness that would prepare them well to engage effectively with the Executive team.
