We are happy to consider candidates with a notice period.   Please see below for more info, and you yourself, or anyone in your network is interested, please reply with a message. 12 months.   Reward Operations Specialist £40,000 - £50,000 +bonus London, Hybrid working 12 Month FTC You’ll be working closely with the Regional Head of Reward in the wider People & Organisation team. This role is crucial to help ensure that compensation and benefit programmes are effectively administered and aligned with both company goals and industry standards. You'll also be supporting key compensation and benefit processes like pay review and bonus, grading and salary benchmarking. This role would be ideal for someone with a strong understanding of benefits administration, compensation structures, data analysis and excel.   Role responsibilities include: ·         Oversee the daily operations of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring accurate and timely processing. ·         Acting as the first point of contact for all compensation and benefit related queries. ·         Manage the end-to-end benefits administration, inc. health insurance, fleet, service awards, cycle scheme and other employee benefits. ·         Propose innovative ways to manage benefits to improve efficiency of operation. ·         Be able to integrate information from various sources including HRIS (workday preferred). ·         Assist the Reward Manager during the annual salary review process, inc. performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of salary adjustments and bonuses. ·         Support the preparation of all annual salary surveys. ·         Run reports on job evaluation and assist with grading requests. ·         Provide analytical/ reporting support for performance management, talent and wellbeing. ·         Work closely with the People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits. ·         Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required.   Required experience and technical skills: ·     Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration. ·     Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Lookups, IF Functions, Pivot tables) ·     Strong understanding of benefit structures, administration, and regulatory requirements, including data protection. ·     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.   If this sounds interesting and you’d like to apply, please submit an up-to-date CV, and we’ll be in touch soon to discuss your application.

Global Reward Manager

We are currently working with a global client in the publishing space who are hiring a Reward Manager to join their small reward team.   This is a strategic, number 2 role in a small team of 4, working closely with the Director of Reward who is based in London. This one would be ideal for someone with a broad reward background, and experience with Workday (familiar with the workday compensation module).   We’re open to considering candidates at different levels for this role – It could suit a senior Analyst looking to make a step up, or someone with strong reward management experience who is looking for a new challenge in a growing org and make an impact.   Role details: Global Compensation and Benefits Manager Publishing industry Permanent, London based – Hybrid working model Salary: C. £70K - £75K Role Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday, amending or creating new compensation plans as necessary Lead on the annual salary review process via Workday advanced compensation, organising and aligning with the various HR colleagues globally regarding timelines and instructions and guidance materials. Produce insightful reward analytics, that helps the business and wider HR teams to make informed decisions. Work with other group functions on all necessary reward reporting requirements. Assist and support the Director in developing the broader global compensation and benefits agenda and projects that regularly come up. Be the expert on all global compensation and benefits related policies, processes, and a first port of call for Local HR teams on these processes. Act as the go to person on salary benchmarking, conduct as necessary multi location benchmarking projects. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Experience running the Workday compensation module and advanced compensation module. Solid experience in a reward and compensation role with a deep understanding of key compensation areas such as incentive Proven track record of running annual salary review processes and extensive benchmarking experience Used to producing insightful data and analytics, that can be used as part of a decision making process Excellent communication skills, with experience of writing guidance for HR teams and employees Critical thinking and an analytical mindset are paramount, with the ability to suggest new ways of doing things Knowledge/training in a job sizing Methodology (e.g. WTW global Grading, or Mercer IPE) would be a bonus.   What we like about the role: ·         Senior Leadership is very communicative. ·         Strong focus on DEI and both professional and self development – there is room to grow. ·         There’s loads to change, plenty on the agenda, and they are open to ideas – there’s a real opportunity to make a mark.   If you’re looking for your next challenge, and keen to make an impact in a small team with a busy agenda, please apply with an up to date CV and we’ll be in touch.   **Flexibility – There is a 2 day a week hybrid policy in place (“core hours” are 9-3), although we are open to considering candidates looking for a 4-day week.
