I returned to the UK in February 2016 after living for five years in Switzerland and Matt was put in touch with me by an ex-colleague during my search for a new senior level role.
At this time, Matt was searching for a Reward Director. I was going through a redundancy consultation when I received a call from Fiona of which I wasn’t expecting. In fact I was waiting for a call from another company of which I had just had an interview with.
