Executive Compensation – SR Consultant – £50 k – £60k – Consultancy

A Relatively small, but substantial Executive Compensation Consultancy are looking to find Senior Executive Compensation Consultants to join their growing team.

You’ll be working in a flat, partnership style environment, with broad and high market exposure right away and great opportunities to progress or lead if that is your goal.

This role will include duties such as:

  • Providing Remuneration Committee support.
  • Advising on executive compensation strategy.
  • Assisting clients with Directors’ Remuneration Report drafting.
  • Providing clients with market benchmarking, including base pay, executive benefits, short and long-term incentive plans.

Ideal Experience:

  • A passion and strong technical understanding of executive compensation.
  • Experience from within a consultancy environment.
  • Advanced analytics, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, project, and push back when needed.
