Senior HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to become an integral part of the team at a
Global IT organisation. This is a great opportunity for an individual with vast generalist
business partner experience to effectively collaborate with wider teams across the
organisation and assist in their growth plans.

London – £50k – 65k

You will be responsible for:
– Leading and developing the Business Partner team
– Providing generalist HR advice on a day-to-day basis, supporting across the
– Driving the company wide performance management processes and programs
– Support on informal employee relations matters and work closely with the ER
– Providing coaching and advisory support to business leaders in the organisation
– Administering the companies’ policies and procedures and identifying areas of
improvement based on best business practices

We are looking for the following experience:
– 5+ years of generalist HR experience
– Minimum CIPD Level 7 required (or equivalent)
– Knowledge of HR legislation and employment laws
– Previous experience of assessing and defining ER issues
– Strong leadership and project management skills
